Valentine Shadowbox

Hello, everyone!  For my first project as a Guest Designer for Classy Cards 'n Such, I've made this cute Valentine's Shadowbox Card.  The card measures 5.5" x 5.5".  I scored at .5" and 1" and at 4.5" and 5" on two sheets of white cardstock. The Scor-Buddy works great for this!  I used a Labels 11 Spellbinders die to cut the opening on the front.

I've die cut some scalloped hearts using the Classic Scalloped Heart dies (Spellbinders) and the Sweet Cakes 6x6 paper pad (Doodlebug Designs).    I've attached each heart to the inside of my shadow box card using the matching Doodle Twine (Valentine's Assortment - Doodlebug Designs).   The hearts swing and dangle, making this a fun and interactive card to give to a loved one.

The sentiment was stamped at the bottom, and then I adhered the front piece to the back piece by putting glue on the outermost scored edges (left and right).  The card folds flat for mailing.
